Marek, who is trapped in a life of indentured servitude, wishes to become a sorcerer. Marek flees her master when she encounters Teela, a stunning priestess in need of assistance, and gathers a group of heroes, including Thane the fighter and Dagen the half-elf robber, to embark on an ambitious journey to save Teela’s sister from orcs and ogres. After raiding the orc camp, the party discovers that Teela’s sister has been kidnapped by a giant ogre and brought into the mountains. When escaping hellhounds and dragons on their perilous trip, the squad discovers that they are hopelessly outmatched by the man-eating ogre, and they must band together to free the captives and flee with their lives.
