Overview
Colombian drug lord Jess Morales pays for the help of a gunman known as “”The Devil,”” who is capable of murdering the enemies of anybody who recruits him one by one. Morales becomes higher when no rivals remain active, and he takes hold of further smuggling networks into the United States. Agent Kate Estrada, who has been following Morales for years, and Marine sniper Brandon Beckett are dispatched to Colombia by the DEA, alarmed by the danger to the region. Their mission: assassinate “”The Devil”” and extradite Morales to the United States to stand trial for his crimes. The agents believe they have it under control, but Morales and “”The Devil”” have planned several surprises to derail the operation.
