Lucas White, an undercover officer, meets Vin Serento’s criminal street racing gang in Los Angeles. They’re fast and angry, and they’re out to double-cross LA crime lord Juan Carlos de la Sol, who stashes his cash in a downtown Taco Bell. The gang’s outrageous scheme is both bold and absurd, and it involves towing the whole darn restaurant at breakneck speeds.
