What Might Be Safer Than Seeing a Cop as a Neighbor?

When a young interracial couple moves into their California dream house, their next-door neighbor, who disapproves of their partnership, becomes their goal. A tense LAPD officer has named himself as the neighborhood’s watchdog. Some find comfort in his nighttime foot patrols and unnecessarily vigilant eyes, but he becomes steadily hostile against the newlyweds.
